GLS German Language Summer Study Scholarship

This scholarship for summer language study will be awarded once every three years, beginning in 2014.  Applicants must have taken at least two classes at the German Language School during the three years prior to the award.  The recipient will be able to choose the program that he/she prefers, in either the U.S. or in a German-speaking country.  The award will be sent to the program to cover all or part of the tuition.  Due to the $3,000.00 value of the scholarship, the GLS can award it only once every three years.  In 2014 an adult student received the scholarship, and in 2017, the award will be given to a younger student between the ages of 5 and 15.  This sequence will be repeated every three years.  More detailed information for the next application will be available in Fall 2016.  Value:  $3,000.00.
